Operational Plan



Our location of the factory is at Lot A17, Jalan Sungai Pusu 2, Kampung Pusu, 53100 Gombak. This place is where the process takes place and place of storing all the stuff such as machinery, raw material, and manufactured goods. We have chosen this location for the number of reasons. Firstly, it will be the place for us to process the textile into the square scarves, shawl,  and instant scarves. We can organize all the stuff so that would be more systematic and effective for us. Next, this area is near the post office, therefore this would mean that it takes lesser time to make postage to the customers.  The rent for this house is RM 200 per month, which is equipped with water and electricity.


We also provide delivery for the customers who are nearby with our factory or boutique. So that our staff can proceed the delivery but customers must pay for it. We are using our own car to deliver the ready stock item to boutique, customers and postage. This vehicle has also been used to deliver a special order for the special occasion such as joining a vendor at any festival.


Our company using two type of machine in order to produce scarves. We bought the used machine because it is way cheaper than the new machine. We have checked the machine quality whether it is worth or not if buying the used machine.


Lastly, in order to make this business operation well, we have hire five workers to work with us but in different job scope. Four people in charge in the process of making the scarves, where two of them cutting the raw material and another two transform the raw material. Then, the operating manager will double check the quality before the scarves handed to customers. One of the workers will settle the postage and delivery. After that, she will go to boutique for making sales. We, as manager, rotate the schedule to be at the boutique. As the worker go for delivery and postage, we take their place as the salesperson.
